I received my free estimate quickly, had a quote in my inbox within 15 minutes of inspection. Day of cleaning the crew was very professional and polite. They walked around and verified everything, took time to tape door knobs and locks so the washers didn’t ruin the metal finishing. They even plastic wrapped some patio furniture so it wouldn’t get wet. Their service was above and beyond what I expected and the value was extremely fair! Would recommend to anyone for residential cleaning. may have them back soon to do my fence and driveway!

We had Oakland Power Washing come out and clean up the outside of our house and driveway. When they were done, the driveway was clean and the house looked brand new. Anthony was the one who set our appointment and we had Levi and Jeremy come out and take care of the cleaning. We have one side of the house that gets no direct sunlight and started to turn green. Levi and Jeremy were able to clean that up with ease. I am very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend them.

We had some bushes removed and there was a lot of dirt and green gunk left over from the bushes. Oakland power washing actually did a soft wash and washed the soffit and the gutters as well and a little of the front walk for a little less than another company's bid for regular power washing. The difference is incredible. They also walked around the house with us after it was done and explained anything they weren't able to clean (stuff that we didn't even notice until they pointed it out). Their estimates are free and everyone responded promptly and they even sent a text when they were on their way (very precise at 17 minutes out and 13 minutes out). We will definitely be calling them again when we need another washing!

Have an old cabin with massive decks that has been neglected and abused for over a decade, as well as located in a very rural spot with poor water pressure. I thought there was no hope. The Oakland team came out, told me what was possible. I really did not believe they could do what they were saying, but saving the decks and the wood siding was worth giving them a try. The office staff and the on site team were polite and professional. The on site team was prompt, worked hard, left property in great shape and I am just amazed with the results! They restored all of my wood and the home looks brand new. I just cannot recommend Oakland Power Washing any higher!

Oakland Power Washing I get a bunch of alerts from Ring so I check my cameras and see there at my house prepping to wash it. There moving a few things from the side of my house I have an American flag hanging I watch the gentleman take it and put it in his truck so it’s not on the ground. That to me was one of the most respectful things I could catch on camera. This is the type of company you want to have cleaning your house. Up most respect for these guys. If you need something done with the exterior of your house look these guys up there amazing.

Oakland power washing is a step above the rest. Regardless if you need a commercial property done or a residential one done, Oakland can and will handle all your needs. I started using them several years ago. I couldn’t be happier with their services. Don’t plan on ever using anyone else.

Reasonably priced. My biggest concern was my landscaping and I feel the two employees really cared about that. While inspection after their service I walked around with an employee and looked at everything. None of my plants had been crushed much to my happiness. The employees were friendly but professional. They were punctual.

These guys have a ton of knowledge on not only properly cleaning roofs but how to preserve the life of the shingle by using they’re soft wash approach!

Very pleased with the whole process from getting a quote to job completion. After accepting the quote, work was scheduled within a week. Scheduled at 9:30 AM March 31. When's the last time anyone was that precise with their scheduling? None of that "between 8:00 - 4:00" nonsense. James and his partner showed up at 9:30 as promised. An excellent job of cleaning the house and roof. Both look like new. Really glad to get that black looking mold/algae/bacteria off the roof. They also power washed the front walkway, which was totally unexpected. I would recommend them highly.

5 starts because these guys were knowledgeable and fair. My roof was pretty bad, full of algae. They came out and sprayed but didn't get everything off. They came out again and finished the job right. They also knocked off 80 bucks for accidentally spraying my car, which was not a big deal. Nice, honest guys.

Start to finish Oakland Power Washing was great. Anthony was on time and very thorough when he came for the estimate. The price was very competitive and the crew showed up right on time. Levi and Daniel did a great job, they took their time and made sure to cover anything I didn’t want getting wet. They explained the whole process and were polite and responsive throughout. I will definitely have Oakland Power Washing back next year to make sure my house shines. I would absolutely recommend to anyone that wants a great job at an affordable price.

We needed our house power washed along with the driveway, and sidewalk. We met with three (3) companies. The third company that we met with was the Oakland Power Washing company. The estimators from the Oakland Power Washing company (Anthony and Kristy) were very polite and quite pleasant to talk with and very knowledgeable of our power washing needs. We hired Oakland Power Washing company to power wash our house, driveway, and sidewalk. Upon the day of arrival, the Oakland Power Washing company representatives (Raymond and Michael) gave an explanation of what was going to be done. As well, the results of their work to be seen. While doing their job the generator stopped working. It amazed me that when it stop working, Raymond notified me. They did not just give an excuse and state that they would be back at a later date. He made a call to his home office. Within a hour or so, parts for the generator was delivered, installed and the work continued. Along the way, both Raymond and Michael asked how was the work being done looked so far. Upon completion of the requested work, Raymond asked me to inspect the results. Well, Raymond and Michael kept their word. The results were excellent. Please pass on my sincere appreciation for the work done and the desire to please the customer by Raymond and Michael. From start to finish the staff was amazing and couldn’t ask for better communication. When they were done, my house looked as good and as new as they day I bought it. I called for the power wash, I’m coming back because of the awesome staff.

My 2 year old home needed a cleaning from the mold and mildew stains on my white trim. They were quick to schedule me! My camper was blocking one side of the home and they were able to come back out once I was on vacation to clean the side they were unable to get to because of the camper! All the employees were super kind and even showed me a tip to clean other parts of my home on the outside! Will definitely use again!

Had a driveway cleaning today, and it looks excellent. They successfully removed some very dark stained areas and I’m very pleased. They arrived right on time as scheduled. Last year they did a house and roof cleaning, and that was a good experience also and I had no doubts about using them a second time. They have nailed it with both visits.
